It is open all year, from eight in the morning to eight in the evening. And like every golf car park, it sees the same small disaster now and again: the boot comes down, and the keys are in the bag, in a jacket, or in the boot itself. ## Try these first 1. **Every door, and the boot release.** Walk round the car and try each handle. Some cars leave one door unlocked when the boot is shut. 2. **Is anyone at home with the spare?** If the other key is ten minutes away, that is still the cheapest answer, even if it costs you the first hole. 3. **The app.** Some cars can be unlocked from the manufacturer’s phone app, if you set it up when you bought the car. ## Do not do these - **No coat hangers.** Pushing wire past the window rubber tears the seal and scores the glass, and on a modern car it rarely reaches anything useful. - **No broken windows**, unless a person or an animal is shut inside. Then ring **112** at once. - **Do not keep pressing the remote** of any other key you have: some cars lock themselves again. ## When you call Say where you are, the **Bonalba car park**, and the make, model and year of the car. Have your ID; the registration papers will be checked once the door is open, because they are usually in the glovebox. The course is reached from the AP-7 at exit 67 towards Xixona, then the N-340 and the road between Busot and Bonalba, which is worth repeating to anyone coming out to you.
